What is Tiered Pricing ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ

You can offer a cheaper price per guest, depending on the size of the group, aka Group Discounts, with Tashi's tiered pricing feature.

Examples include:

  1. Charging $100 per person for a 1-5 people group, but charging $75 per person when there are 6 or more in the group; or

  2. A free person for every 5 guests in a group, 'Book 5 people, get 1 Free.'

Using Tiered Pricing ๐Ÿ’ฒ

Set up Tiered pricing for your Experience from the Pricing tab when you add the Rate details to your Experience.

To use Tiered pricing:

  1. `Select 'Yes' on the 'Does the price change according to the type of number of clients?' question.

  2. Tick the 'Tiered Pricing' box

  3. Then the option to add pricing tiers becomes available ('Add tier')

How to set up your Tiered Pricing Rules ๐Ÿค“

Tashi's Tiered Pricing is designed for maximum flexibility so that you have the freedom to offer your prices your way.

To configure your price per guest group tier, enter the additional incremental amount that each additional guests cost in that respective band.

Pro Tip ๐Ÿ’ก: You do NOT enter the absolute price per guest in each guest group tier.

To arrive at your preferred price per guest in a guest group tier, use the tiering options to enter the additional incremental amount for each guest.

EXAMPLE

To offer the following absolute prices per Guest:

Guest Group Band

Cost per Client

1-2 Guests

$100 per client

3-10 Guests

$90 per client

11-20 Guests

$80 per client

Then, this is the tiered pricing configuration to use:

Pro Tip ๐Ÿ’ก: As you can see, you can use the bands of 3 Guests and 11 Guests to re-balance the price per guest to the new price.
