With Tashi, your guest can select their preferred pickup locations as part of the booking process.
This lets your guests easily tell you where they want to be picked up for the experience they've booked as part of the booking process, saving you time.

STEP 1
Add your Pickup Locations π
To set up the available pickup locations that clients can select from as part of the Booking process, go to Tours -> Settings -> Pickup locations
After you add a pickup location here, you'll be able to link it to a product in the 'Rates' part of Add a New Product. become available as an option
Adding a pickup location
You can add or edit your pickup locations from this modal. Once you've added a pickup location and made it Active, it will become available as an option when you're creating or editing an Experience product.
STEP 2
Link pickup locations to your Experience products π
You can link your pickup locations to your Experience products from the 'Rates' section while editing a product.
Go to: Tours -> Products -> Edit Product-> Rates-> Edit Rates-> Pickup Locations
π‘Pro Tip: You must add the pickup locations to each of the Rates that you set up for your Experience. They can be the same pickup locations or different.
Pickup Location Options
Enable pickup locations
Tick this box if you want to enable pickup locations for your product. The other options become visible since this box is ticked.
Please select the pickup locations for this rate
Once you've enabled pickup locations, you can link the relevant pickup locations from your list of all potential pickup locations to the product here.
Enable customers to enter their own pickup location
Do you want your guests to only select from the pre-defined list of pickup location options? If so, don't tick this box.

If you do want your guests to be able to provide you with their preferred custom pickup location, then do tick this box. The guest will then have the option to provide you with their preferred pickup location during the checkout.
Allow customers to enter a question about the pickup location
If you want to let your guests ask a question about the pickup location during the checkout, tick this box.
STEP 3
Review how it looks for your guests π
Once set up for an Experience product, your guests will now be given the choice of selecting their pickup location as part of the booking process.

Review the pickup location in the guest booking π€
You can review the guest's pickup location information later from the Tour Booking modal at any time.
π‘Pro Tip: If you don't want to ask this as part of the booking process, you can add a Guest's pick up location to their Booking details later in the 'Pickup Location' tab.

Do I have to use Pickup locations?
No! pickup locations are completely optional. Only use them if they are applicable to your Experience and guests.

Pickup locations are applicable for some of my Experiences, but not all
Great! The pickup locations tab in the Checkout will only appear if you have enabled pickup locations in the relevant Experience.
So if you don't use pickup locations for a particular Experience, you can leave it unticked as an option when you create that Experience.
Are there any limits on how many Pickup locations I can have?
No! You can have as many pickup locations as you like.
The Booking confirmation details change depending on the pickup location
No worries! You can customise the Booking confirmation details that you send to your guests so that you send confirmation information relevant to the selected pickup location.
Simply set up the applicable email templates for each pickup location via the Personalisation -> Email Templates section!
