With Groups (Group Bookings) you can easily classify different bookings and differentiate the services you would cater them to.
You can create a group booking by following these simple steps:
Go to the 'Front Desk' and Select the 'Groups' option.
2. Select the 'Create' option button on the upper left side of the screen.
3. You can also directly click on the 'Create' option on the upper right side of the screen.
4. A small 'Create Group Booking' screen will open. Fill in the necessary details and click on the 'Save' button.
The screen has four components: 'Details, Bookings, Payment and Files'.
5. Provide the group details in the 'Details' section and click on 'Save'.
6. Now, fill in the 'Bookings' details and save.
7. After 'Bookings' comes the 'Payment' section. Insert the details and create an invoice if you want to. You can also mail, print and save the invoice as a PDF file or receipt.
8. In the 'Files' section, you can upload any related file for your reference.
9. Once you're done uploading the file, Click on 'Save'.
