Note: This article relates specifically to the Marketplace CMS for the Tashi Marketplace Platform and does not apply for the Tashi system for Experience and Accommodation operators.

With Tashi, you can manually sort the order of how your experiences appear on your marketplace, and you can also decide what the ‘default’ sort order is for your site.

In this article you'll learn:

Applying a Sort Order for your Experiences

By giving your products a sort order of, e.g. 1-10, you can decide what order they’ll appear when that filter is applied on a marketplace, with 1 being the product that will appear at the top.

Every Experience is automatically given a sort order of 1 when it’s created, but you can easily update it from the Basics -> Essentials section of the Product editor.

Once the sort is applied, the Experiences will sort in the order dictated.

Giving your Sort Order a public label

You can label the manual sort order whatever you’d like such as ‘ Popular’ or ‘Recommended.’

To enter your preferred label, in the marketplace CMS go to Settings -> Experiences -> Search -> Sort Order Option Title.

Decide your marketplace's preferred default sort order

When the search page or any theme or destination page is loaded, the order that the listings appear in is configurable by you. The options are:

  1. Relevance

  2. Recently Added

  3. Price: High to Low

  4. Price: Low to High

  5. Sort Order

To choose your preferred label, in the marketplace CMS, go to Settings -> Experiences -> Search -> Default Sort By preference.
