How to quickly find a Guest or Booking

Look up any Guest or Booking in seconds

To find any Guest or Booking details:

  1. Write the Guests name or Booking reference in the 'Quick Find' search bar in the top navigation bar

  2. The Guest's name and Booking information will appear below. 

  3. Click the Guest name to view the Guest information or click the Booking preview to view the Booking information

  4. Once in the Guest or Booking view modal you can view or update the information as normal.
