How to use Guest interests

Use Guest interests to personalise their experience.

With you can send emails and personalized offers to your guests according to their preferences and interests. In addition to increasing your sales, this allows you to provide a better experience for your guests.

Before starting to create an extensive guest list, it is a good idea to set up a list of interests that your guests may have.

Think of this list of interests as a way to categorize / tag your guests. This will allow you to send marketing campaigns to specific guests.

To set up the interests of your guests you have to go to Back Office / Settings / Guest Interests.

By clicking on "Guest Interests", you will see a box with a list of examples of interests. You can click on any of these interests to change or delete them.

When you change an interest, you can edit the following details:

  • Name: The name of interest, for example, "Movie".

  • Group: The category where the interest belongs to, for example, "Hobbies"
