How to configure the Product Rate settings to offer guests two options during checkout; Pay Now or Pay Later.

While editing a Product, go to Rates -> Overview -> Payment Options-> and choose the configuration shown in the screenshot below.

Pro Tip 💡: As the wording states in the screenshot, you are not automatically charging the customer’s card when using this option. Rather it places a hold on the card and saves their card details in your Stripe account. You can, after that, charge the card for the


How to customise the front end wording for these options.

To customise what wording is used when you’re offering these options go to Experiences -> Settings -> Business and Finance -> Payment Text

  • Block Full amount / Pay Later - update this text if you want to let Guests block the full amount so that you can charge their card; and

  • Block deposit amount / Later - update this text if you're going to let Guests block a nominal or deposit amount (e.g. $1)
