Smart Staff Tasks, how to create one

How to create automatic Smart tasks for your staff and bookings

Smart Tasks allow you to set up rules to automatically create tasks for your staff before, during or after a booking.Β 

Once set up these tasks will be created overtime a booking is made. For example you could create a task for checking that a room is ready before check-in or a courtesy call after a guests stay.

To create an automated task:

  • Go to Personalisation -> Smart Tasks

  • Follow the instructions to create your first Smart Task
